Holts Graced Studio has prepared this privacy statement to assure you that your information will be kept private.
While Holts Grace Studio gathers personal information to fulfill orders, your information will not be shared with anyone else outside of Holt's Grace Studio, except for the purpose of completing and shipping your orders.
Holts Grace Studio does not share, sell, or trade any of your information that is collected, including email addresses, unless it is required by law to do so.
Your information is used only to fulfill orders, to process credit cards, to ship orders, to contact you regarding your order should the need arise, and to send occasional notices about Holt's Grace Studio.
For your protection, email addresses submitted will never be sold or used by anybody besides Holt's Grace Studio and you can always have your name removed from the list by request any time.

PAYMENT TERMS
We use secure ordering through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase. All customers are welcomed. Please click here for more payment information.
SALES TAX:
CA and FL residents pay sales tax. CA 9.750% sales tax will be added during checkout. Florida 6.5% sales tax will be added during checkout.
SHIPPING:
WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 STATES. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
We maintain at least a 92-96% in stock rate at all times. Even with our best efforts, there are times when certain items are out of stock. We are not responsible for items that are out of stock, and can never promise a date of re-stock.
Please provide a street address. We do not ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes. Quoted shipping charges are to the U. S. within the 48 Contiguous States.
(Free) Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is not available. Shipping via Air Service to Alaska and Hawaii is higher. You will be charged once your order is received.
Free Shipping is for purchase delivery to buyer. Buyer will pay any fees incurred for non-acceptance of harp delivery and returns.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR HARPS:
Please call or email with your request for a return. You must receive authorization before you return your harp.
For safe returns: Carefully re-pack the item(s) in its original packaging.* Include your RA# on the shipping label. Item(s) MUST be returned in New and Unused condition. Items damaged in return shipping will not be accepted for exchange. Customers are encouraged to insure returns for their protection. Several approved authorizations may be needed for a refund. Your exchange will be processed, when the returned item(s) is received
*Note: Please detune all string instruments.
If the free floating bridge was laid flat when the instrument arrived- it MUST be laid flat when returned.
All claims for damage or defects must be made within three (3) business days.
The customer must call for Return Authorization within thirty (30) days upon receipt of merchandise. This excludes damage or defects (please see above). The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. For items with shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and handling. There is no restock fee if the return is made within the agreed time.
Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials.
Freight Shipping Notes For Shipping Large Harps:
Please note the following:
The "delivery date" on the tracking for pallet deliveries is a date that the pallet is expected in the receiving center.
For residential deliveries the freight company will not just bring it to the house until they make phone contact. The freight company needs a day-time phone number that will be answered, not an answering machine.
The delivery "appointment" is not a guaranteed time appointment- there are additional fees for time appointments, and we will not cover those fees.
If the truck line cannot make contact and can not make the delivery there will be storage fees and or return to shipper fees.

Return of Damaged or Defective Products
(For Violins, Cello, Drum Set, Accordions, Wind Instruments)

Before you can return a damaged or defective item, you must first be approved. In order to be approved, insurance must have been bought for the specific item. Furthermore, we must be contacted within 30 days after the item has arrived at its location. You may contact us at harp@grandeleganceharps.com or call 1-888-867-7080. Please include a picture of the damage or defective item because this is mandatory for us to be able to approve your claim. Once we have approved your claim, we will ship out a return service label via UPS. Several approved authorizations may be needed for a refund. When we get the damaged item back, we will either credit back to your account, or ship out a new item.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
Some circumstances may prevent an order from being processed on the same day, this may cause a slight delay in shipping your order to you. We reserve the right to make partial shipments.
LIABILITY
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.
Grand Elegance Harps/Holts Graced Studio provides no separate warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grand Elegance Harps/Holts Graced Studio disclaims all warranties and conditions regarding any products sold to you, whether express, implied or statutory, and including but not limited to all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement of third party rights.
Grand Elegance Harps/Holts Graced Studio does not accept liability beyond the rememdies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for use, or for lost or corrupted data or software, or the provision of services and support or the delivery or use of any instrument. Grand Elegance Harps/Holts Graced Studio will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or statutory damages under any circumstances. You agree that for any liability related to the purchase of products, whether for breach of contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability in tort or otherwise, Grand Elegance Harps/Holts Graced Studio and all associations shall not be liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products or services under this agreement giving rise to such liability.

If a wrong address is provided to us and UPS rejects and returns the item, there will be an additional $5 handling fee on top of the reshipping fee. |
